SHIPPING

We are located in Sydney (LOCAL PICK UP IS AVAILABLE). All orders are sent out from Sydney.

All orders will be shipped out within 1 business day after payment is cleared. Most orders will be shipped out at the same day if ordered before 1:00 PM AEDT(Australian Eastern Daylight Time) during business days.

All orders will be shipped out via Australia Post or by courier, and a tracking number will be provided, unless otherwise expressed. Delivery will take 2-6 business days depending on your location.

We only ship to Paypal confirmed address, please make sure that the address is correct before you check out.
If a courier is used, P.O.Boxes are not accepted, and if it is being sent to a business address, the business name is required.

If recipient’s signature is required for our delivery service. Parcels failed to be delivered due to no one at home, will return back to carrier company and await instruction (a note should be left for you). Buyers are required to contact them to make arrangement either pick up at local depot/post office, or re-deliver to same address.

If for any reason an item can not be delivered and is returned, any re-attempt of delivery will incur additional costs. We will charge buyers postage fee if parcel re-deliver is to a different address.
